Description

A variety of grilling favorites, savory & slow cooker cuts, and ground beef. All beef is sold frozen at time of pick up.

Each box is approximately 1/8 share and contains a minimum of 10 pounds of grilling favorites, 20 pounds of savory & slow cooker cuts, and 20 pounds ground beef.

FAQs

HOW IS THE MEAT PACKAGED?

The meat is frozen and vacuum sealed. If you’ve shopped with us before, it’s packed just the same as our retail cuts! Each cut is a sensible portion so you can thaw just what you need!

• Ground beef is packed in 1.5lb packs
• Steaks come two to a pack and each pack ranges from 0.75-2.5lbs depending on cut
• Stew beef/kabob/fajita strips/cube steak are packed at right around 1 pound each
• Roasts and short ribs range from 2-4 pounds each.

HOW MUCH ROOM DO I NEED TO STORE IT?

When you pick up your Farm Share Box it will be packed in 3 cardboard boxes.

• 1 Box of Grilling Favorites (10” x 10” x 8”)
• 1 Box of Savory and Slow Cooker Cuts (12” x 12” x 8”)
• 1 Box of Ground Beef in 1.5lb packs (12” x 12” x 8”)

WHEN CAN I PICK UP IN STORE?

For in-store pick up, we are asking for one week to prepare your order, however we are currently turning things around in a day (or less).

DO I HAVE TO PRE-ORDER?

Our in-store cold storage limits the number we can have ready for walk in customers so if you stop by without a pre-order, we may or may not be able to fulfill your order.
