A variety of grilling favorites, savory & slow cooker cuts, and ground beef. All beef is sold frozen at time of pick up.

Each box is approximately 1/8 share and contains a minimum of 10 pounds of grilling favorites, 20 pounds of savory & slow cooker cuts, and 20 pounds ground beef of Certified Angus Beef Prime.

FAQs
HOW IS THE MEAT PACKAGED?
The meat is frozen and vacuum sealed. If you’ve shopped with us before, it’s packed just the same as our retail cuts! Each cut is a sensible portion so you can thaw just what you need!

• Ground beef is packed in 1.5lb packs
• Steaks come two to a pack and each pack ranges from 0.75-2.5lbs depending on cut
• Stew beef/kabob/fajita strips/cube steak are packed at right around 1 pound each
• Roasts and short ribs range from 2-4 pounds each.

HOW MUCH ROOM DO I NEED TO STORE IT?
When you pick up your Farm Share Box it will be packed in 1 bag cooler and 1 cardboard box.

• 1 bag of Grilling Favorites and Savory and Slow Cooker Cuts
• 1 Box of Ground Beef in 1.5lb packs (12” x 12” x 8”)

WHEN CAN I PICK UP IN STORE?
NEXT AVAILABLE WILL BE SEPTEMBER 21st

DO I HAVE TO PRE-ORDER?
We are currently taking orders for our next available boxes to be picked up on or after Sept 21st.
